We are excited to announce that the Boulder Public Library District is hiring a full-time English and Spanish as a Second Language Coordinator. Withthis role the library continues to increase its literacy offerings based on community needs as we know that there is a high demand for ESL and SSL classes.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Instruction, Linguistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching ESL and SSL, coordinating programs, working with volunteers, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or a TESOL/TEFL certification.
- Experience in community outreach or marketing.
- Familiarity with library systems and resources.
