Minutes, January Officer’s Meeting Tuesday September 29th, Aurora Public Library Officers in Attendance: Camila Alire, Dustin Goforth, Orlando Archibeque   I. Mini-Conference Planning a. Topics for the conference have been tallied. We will begin to send out a call for presenters shortly on Library Programming, Literacy and Latinos, and Professional Development. b. Create a timeline to keep track of everything c. Begin fashioning PR ideas (Save the Dates, marketing schemes to get the word out, Facebook, libnet, listserv, etc) d. Find a place for everyone who asked to volunteer (thank you again!) e. Come up with a to do list for everyone to get everything going II. Develop a place for the next member meeting and a presenter.
