Remote Reforma: Adobe Connect Webinar Software

We are going to broadcast our upcoming meeting via Adobe Connect, a popular webinar software program. While we would much rather see everyone in person at the meeting, this will be a nice alternative for those that can’t make it.

You don’t have to download anything major and if you have ever attended a CLiC webinar or a State Library webinar, this is the same software. You will need speakers connected to your computer so you can hear the meeting and presentation. A microphone is not necessary as we will have a chat box where you can type in any questions you have and I will be able to relay them to the group or speaker.

I strongly urge you to test this link well before the actual start time of the meeting. In fact, you can try it starting today and if you have any trouble, shoot me an email and we can try and work it out before the meeting. If you get into the room, you should see a picture of our new website.
